Mindfulness initiative

Welcome to the website of the mindfulness initiative. This is an initiative to improve wellbeing of everyone who wants to participate with something along the lines of mindfulness. Currently, it is a weekly session where we practice mindfulness. That sounds very vague, but it is just exercises to reduce stress and be aware of how we are feeling. It is currently being organized by me, Ivo van Kreveld. I would like to note though that I am not an expert on mindfulness, and I feel everyone has different ideas of it. Right now, what we are doing is based on what I know about mindfulness, but I'm hoping the content of this initiative will change based on the preferences of everyone that participates. It might even happen that it might become something other than mindfulness entirely. On this website, I'll post updates about this initiative, as well as show the dates when we practice.

Dates in quarter 3 of academic year 2024-2025

*There is not session because I am not available. If you are comfortable organizing something instead, you can let me know and I'll communicate here that there will be a session anyway.
